Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! Please email me at shopmadrebeads@gmail.com and we can get started! 

What are your shipping charges?
Most items ship US for $3.50, and subsequent items are just $1 more. If you have an order over $100, please use the code MADRE100 to receive free shipping on your domestic order. 

Do you ship internationally?
YES! And we have shipped to several countries outside the US. Customs fees and duties may be applied once your package reaches its final destination. Madre Beads is not responsible for these fees. 

How fast will my items get here?
Current orders are on a 3-week turnaround. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Do you accept returns?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, I will do everything to make it right. You may return your unused item in its original packaging within 1 week of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. *Custom orders are not eligible for return, as those items cannot be resold.

How do I clean my items?
Our products are easy to clean! Simply hand wash with soap and water or use an essential oil spray to clean.
